Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received and processed.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Unless otherwise stated, delivery is included in the displayed product price. Gift-ology does not add unexpected delivery charges during checkout for standard deliveries.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment partners. Gift-ology does not store your full payment card details.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection legislation.
